We believe in keeping the admission process transparent, with our charges clearly separated into Consultancy Charges, Documentation Charges, and University Administrative Charges.

Consultancy Charges

₹90,000 - Negotiable

Our consultancy fee covers the complete admission support and assistance throughout the process, including:

  • Application form filling & seat booking charges

  • Issuance of admission letter from the university

  • 100% assistance with the university online entrance examination

  • Russian bank account opening assistance

  • Russian SIM card assistance

  • Airport pickup and drop to hostel

  • 24/7 on-campus assistance for the entire 6 years

  • Free meals upon arrival — 3 days

  • City tour with guide — 1 day

  • Genuine and transparent admission process

Final consultancy charges may be negotiated depending on the university and individual student requirements.

Documentation Charges

₹40,000 - Fixed

Documentation charges cover the required documentation and pre-visa processing services, including:

  • Entry visa processing

  • Invitation letter from the Embassy/University

  • Notarization of required documents in Russia

  • Translation of documents

  • Document attestation/legalization assistance

  • Temporary registration / migration-related documentation

  • Other necessary documentation services

Documentation charges are fixed at ₹40,000 and are separate from consultancy charges.

$1,500

One-Time Charge (OTC) of University

Students upon arrival to Russia are required to pay an amount of $1,500 for documentation and services at Russia.

This is not a consultancy fee and is not retained by NxtGen Educareer Private Limited. It is a university administrative charge associated with the student's admission.

University Administrative Charges

One-Time Charge (OTC) Covers the following Services and Documentations:-

  • Translation and Notarization of documents from English to Russian Language

  • Credit Book Charge

  • Police Verification & Registration in Russia

  • Medical Equivalency Certificate Charges

  • Library Card Fee for Six Years

  • Document Authentication through the Ministry of External Affairs

  • One-time Admission-related Administrative Charges

  • University Examination Fee for all 6 years

  • Student ID Card & Student Metallic Badge for White Coat

  • Electronic Student Entry Pass for Campuses of the University
