We believe in keeping the admission process transparent, with our charges clearly separated into Consultancy Charges, Documentation Charges, and University Administrative Charges.

Consultancy Charges

Our consultancy fee covers the complete admission support and assistance throughout the process, including:

  • Application form filling & seat booking charges

  • Issuance of admission letter from the university

  • 100% assistance with the university online entrance examination

  • Bank account opening assistance

  • SIM card assistance

  • Airport pickup and drop to hostel

  • 24/7 on-campus assistance for the entire 6 years

  • Free meals upon arrival — 3 days

  • City tour with guide — 1 day

  • Genuine and transparent admission process

Final consultancy charges may be negotiated depending on the university and individual student requirements. We will try to reduce the fees as much as possible to ensure a balance between profit and service payments .

Documentation Charges For Visa

₹40,000 - Fixed

Documentation charges cover the required documentation and pre-visa processing services, including:

  • Entry visa processing

  • Invitation letter from the Embassy/University

  • Notarization of required documents in India

  • Translation of documents

  • Document attestation/legalization assistance

  • Temporary registration / migration-related documentation

  • Other necessary documentation services

Documentation charges are fixed at ₹40,000 and are separate from consultancy charges.

In order to avoid mistakes and unnecessary delay with Immigration Processes, we work with a firm which only deals with paperwork for Visa and Immigration. A MoU is in place with the firm and all the responsibility of Your document lies with us NxtGen Educareer Private Limited

Administrative Charges of Destination Country

$1,500

One-Time Charge (OTC)

Students upon arrival to Russia are required to pay an amount of $1,500 for documentation and services at Destination Country.

This is not a consultancy fee and is not retained by NxtGen Educareer Private Limited. It is an administrative charge associated with the student's Documentation at the Destination Country.

Please kindly note that all the paperwork which we are taking money for needs a person to accompany the student across the city to different offices during admission formalities and the person must speak native language fluently. Therefore we have to include Taxi Charges and payment of the companion as per the wages of the respected country.

And the money also includes payment for the people to process your document faster.

And its a industry standard Rate we don’t charge you higher or Lower. You are free to verify it

  • Police Verification & Registration in respective country

  • Medical Equivalency Certificate Charges

  • Medical checkup for immigration

  • Separate medical checkup for hostel allotment

  • Medical Checkup and Medical Book (You cannot attend to patients without this)

  • Vaccination Certificate, translation and notarization of the certificate

  • Library Card Fee for Six Years

  • Document Authentication through the Ministry of External Affairs

  • One-time Admission-related Administrative Charges

  • University Examination Fee for all 6 years

  • Student ID Card & Student Metallic Badge for White Coat

  • Electronic Student Entry Pass for Campuses of the University
